The Agilent G7167-68730 InfinityLab Preventive Maintenance Kit is engineered for scheduled servicing of Agilent 1260 Infinity II and III Multisampler modules (G7167A). Regular preventive maintenance using OEM components reduces unplanned system downtime, minimizes troubleshooting costs, and maintains baseline chromatography performance. The kit includes all critical wear parts required for routine maintenance: a sample needle assembly (PN G4267-87201), a high-pressure PEEK needle seat with a 0.12 mm ID capillary (PN G4267-87012), a 2-groove rotor seal for the injection valve (PN 5068-0209), and a PE piston seal (PN 0905-1719). Performing annual or usage-based PM ensures leak-free operation, accurate sample metering, and ultralow carryover across analytical HPLC and UHPLC applications.
