Description
The Agilent PTFE Pump Seal (Part Number 0905-1503 / G0905-1503) is a precision-engineered liquid chromatography (LC) component constructed from chemical-resistant PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) with a spring-energized design. It is engineered for reverse applications in isocratic, binary, and quaternary HPLC pump heads operating at pressures up to 600 bar, as well as metering assemblies in autosamplers (such as the G7129A Vialsampler). The seal provides optimal sealing against high-pressure mobile phases, preventing eluent leakage and maintaining volumetric flow precision. Routine replacement is recommended during PM procedures or when system leak checks fail or buffer salt crystallization occurs.
