The Waters 700002597 is a high-precision stainless steel Seal Wash Housing engineered for Waters UPLC pump heads. Installed within the solvent manager's pump head assembly, it houses the seal wash seals and forms the chamber for continuous solvent wash recirculation behind high-pressure plunger seals. This process prevents buffer salt crystallization, chemical residue accumulation, and abrasive wear on plunger rods, maximizing plunger and high-pressure seal longevity. It serves as a standard replacement component during maintenance or overhaul of Waters ACQUITY and nanoACQUITY series liquid chromatography pumps.
