The Waters 700001352 is an OEM vacuum degasser pump (manufactured by Systec/IDEX Health & Science, P/N 9000-1471) used across Waters HPLC and UPLC chromatography systems. Installed within integrated or standalone solvent degassing modules, the pump maintains low atmospheric pressure inside degassing chambers to continuously pull dissolved gases (air, nitrogen, oxygen) through Teflon AF permeable membranes. Effective degassing prevents mobile phase outgassing, baseline drift, pump cavitation, and check valve failure.
